2x2 Twill
The 2x2 twill carbon fiber weave is the most popular weave on the market. This is because it balances strength and flexibility, making it ideal for complex shapes without sacrificing performance. Its attractive, diagonal pattern also appeals aesthetically, often enhancing its use in visible applications.
-
Honeycomb
Another popular weave, the honeycomb pattern is just as flexible and strong as the 2x2 twill. Some argue it looks the best out of all of the weaves. It is also what we based our company on!
-
Camo
Camo carbon fiber is popular because it combines the lightweight strength and durability of traditional carbon fiber with a unique camouflage-like aesthetic, appealing to those who want both performance and standout design. It's distinctive pattern makes it a favorite for custom applications. Also offered in red, green, blue, silver, and yellow.
-
Tunneled
The Tunneled pattern is a very unique choice for those who want the extra flare. This pattern is very rarely used as not many company’s can find this pattern!
-
Pilled
The Pilled pattern is a great twist on the 2x2 twill offering a unique style, while taking some inspiration from the Tunneled pattern.
-
Diamond
The Diamond pattern can almost be described as art. An uncommon pattern that provides a sense of wonder and awe in onlookers.
-
Checkerboard
The Checkerboard pattern inspired by a checkerboard, is a remarkable style that offers repetition, reliability, and rarity.
-
Stacked
The stacked pattern, loosely based on an old arcade game in the 80’s gives a sense of chaos while being organized.
-
Linear
The Linear pattern integrates many ‘straight lines’ of weave to create many squares. Some may imagine this is what square squared infinitely looks like.
Hybrid Patterns
These hybrid patterns incorporate a second material to create a specific design, give better properties, or change the color. These materials are still woven with carbon fiber to provide flexibility and save weight.
-
Carbon Kevlar
Kevlar 2x2 twill carbon fiber is a hybrid material that combines the strength and impact resistance of Kevlar with the rigidity and lightweight properties of carbon fiber. The 2x2 twill weave enhances flexibility for shaping while providing a visually striking pattern, making it ideal for applications requiring durability and aesthetics, such as automotive parts and protective gear.

Forged With Flakes
Pictured is our forged carbon fiber with light blue, blue, and red flakes. Forged offers one of the best looking and most versatile patterns to date. It is one of the most popular choices. Made by shredded carbon fiber fabric, it does not give the structural strength regular fabrics have. Contact us for all of our options on flakes and any patterns you would like us to make. This picture represents the BMW M colors.

Reflective Carbon Fiber
Pictured is our Red Reflective Carbon Fiber. We offer this type of fabric in red, blue, green, purple, copper, silver, and gold. Different from a straight colored carbon, this integrates 2x2 carbon woven with PET (strands of specified color). This gives it a pop of said color while maintaining the original carbon color.
-
Tri-Axial Carbon Fiber
As the name states Tri-Axial carbon fiber is woven in 3 axis' which give a 3D look to the fabric. This fabric is lighter and stronger than the standard 2x2 twill weave because it is so thin and involves less strands of carbon per inch. This fabric is normally used on high end supercars, aerospace, and industrial uses.
-
Spiked Tri-Axial
A spin off of the regular tri-axial carbon fiber weave, this pattern gives a little more detail. Although it is not as strong because it includes more fiber. It sure does look good!
